G1 is a rigid, powder waterproof mortar made with special cement, graded aggregates, hydrophobic agents, and polymer waterproof powder, supplied ready to mix with water on site. It forms a dense hydration structure that blocks capillary pores and improves impermeability, combining inorganic long-term durability with polymer flexibility. Designed for both waterproofing and substrate leveling, it supports positive and negative side building waterproofing projects.
G1 uses an inorganic-polymer composite formulation to form dense hydration layers that fully block capillary water pathways, achieving a reference value of 1.5 MPa for 7-day anti-seepage pressure to withstand long-term static water pressure. It provides reference value tensile bond strength of ≥1.2 MPa for reliable backside waterproofing on concrete and brick substrates. The built-in polymer fiber helps buffer minor substrate shrinkage and reduces the risk of cracking in the waterproof layer. The inorganic base material is resistant to UV exposure, corrosion, and aging, with a service life aligned with building lifecycles. Performance remains stable under high temperatures and through 50 freeze-thaw cycles.
G1 is non-toxic, odor-free, and suitable for drinking water tanks, making it safe for indoor and enclosed wet areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, swimming pools, and underground tunnels. It combines waterproof sealing and substrate leveling in a single material, simplifying construction workflows and helping reduce total labor and material costs. Easy to mix at a 4:1 powder-to-water ratio, it can be applied directly by trowel or brush, and layered application is supported for thicknesses over 10 mm to eliminate voiding defects.
G1 is suitable for nearly all common wet construction applications, including basements, tunnels, pools, and exterior walls, with straightforward substrate preparation and low construction requirements. It withstands long-term water immersion, alkali erosion, and temperature fluctuations without peeling or cracking, helping significantly reduce future maintenance costs. It can be stored for 6–12 months in dry, cool environments, providing consistent batch quality for residential renovations and large industrial waterproofing projects—an efficient one-stop solution for permanent building moisture protection.
