GII is a two-part waterproof system made from a polymer liquid emulsion and special cement–quartz powder. With an elongation rate of over 80%, it bridges cracks up to 2 mm and is suitable for dynamic structures with thermal movement, settlement, and long-term water immersion.

GII features an elongation rate of up to 120% to bridge 2 mm wide substrate cracks caused by thermal expansion, building settlement, and vibration. It supports both positive- and negative-side waterproofing, with a maximum resistance of 0.8 MPa under negative pressure. It achieves 1.0 MPa tight, skin-like adhesion on concrete and masonry, helping prevent peeling and delamination. The product also meets strict impermeability requirements under 0.3 MPa positive water pressure, providing stable long-term leak protection for basements, tunnels, and bridge joints.

This solvent-free, water-based two-component mortar is non-toxic and odorless. It is fully suitable for drinking water tanks and enclosed indoor wet areas such as bathrooms and kitchens. It is resistant to long-term UV aging and acid/alkali erosion, maintaining more than 80% tensile strength retention after 168 h alkali soaking. It is suitable for outdoor roofs, balconies, and long-term immersion in swimming pools. It can be applied on damp, non-ponding substrates by brush, roller, or trowel, forming a seamless waterproof membrane without complex surface pretreatment.

Mix liquid and powder at a 1:1.5–2.5 weight ratio, stir thoroughly, and apply in 2–3 thin cross coats to achieve a total thickness of 1.2–1.5 mm. Allow natural curing for 48 hours before light use, and full strength develops after 7 days. The matte rough surface enhances adhesion of tiles and plaster following waterproof application, reducing the need for separate interface treatment and lowering overall project costs. With stable performance, simple operation, and broad substrate compatibility, this flexible all-in-one waterproofing solution is ideal for residential renovations and large-scale infrastructure projects.
