NZ-200 exterior multi-functional putty is made with cement, selected quartz sand, redispersible latex powder, anti-crack composite fiber, and a long-lasting bactericide. It is designed as a leveling base coat for heavy exterior finishes such as stone paint, texture coating, and flake coating, and can be applied to concrete, cement mortar, and brick walls. The formulation provides high adhesion, flexible crack resistance, Class 0 permanent mildew resistance, vapor permeability, and excellent weat
NZ-200 embedded composite fiber provides flexible crack resistance to compensate for wall shrinkage and thermal deformation, helping to eliminate cracking in thick stone paint and textured finishes. It achieves 0.8 MPa as standard bond strength and 0.6 MPa as post-water bond strength. The coating forms a secure bond on concrete and brick substrates, supporting long-term resistance to wind, rain, and temperature fluctuations. Its vapor-permeable structure releases internal wall moisture to help prevent coating blistering and peeling, establishing a stable, durable base layer for exterior decorative systems.
Equipped with long-acting bacteriostatic additives, NZ-200 achieves Class 0 mildew inhibition, permanently preventing mold and algae growth on damp exterior walls and addressing the common facade dark-staining issue in coastal and rainy regions. Excellent 96 h water resistance and 48 h alkali resistance help keep the putty layer intact under salt fog, rainwater, and alkaline concrete efflorescence, meeting the demanding weather performance requirements for seaside villas and high-rise residential facades.
Mix 25 kg of powder with 7–8 kg of water, then stir and allow to mature for 5 minutes before use. Ensure that all mixed slurry is applied within 2 hours. Apply in two thin coats, with each coat thickness ≤ 1.5 mm and total thickness controlled under 2 mm. Sand after full 24–48 hours of semi-drying, and wait 3–7 days for complete curing before applying the stone paint topcoat. For new cement walls, cure for 21 days; for concrete walls, cure for 28 days prior to application. Ensure substrate moisture is below 10% and pH is < 10. The factory pre-blended single-component powder helps avoid admixture errors, providing stable batch quality for large-scale exterior facade projects.
