It is suitable for dense smooth bases, porous concrete, wood panels, gypsum boards, and terrazzo/tile surfaces, and can be cleaned with water using standard tools while offering long shelf life.

LANGUAN 690 is a universal, water-based interface agent used as a primer for wall and floor substrates prior to subsequent finishing construction. It consolidates loose surfaces, seals voids, evens out uneven water absorption, and forms strong bonding layers to help prevent peeling, hollowing, and cracking in following mortar, self-leveling, and decorative layers.

Suitable for various interior wall and floor base materials with the following matched dilution ratios:

Dense, smooth substrates (precast concrete, polished mortar, compact wood boards): use neat (undiluted) or mix at a 1:0.5 water ratio

Terrazzo, tiles, sandstone, and dense slabs for self-leveling: use neat (undiluted) or mix at a 1:0.5 water ratio

Standard concrete slabs (floors/ceilings): mix at 1:1

Porous cement mortar for waterproofing/self-leveling: mix at 1:3

Dense concrete walls for gypsum plaster: mix at 1:3

Cement fibreboard and gypsum layers for surface coating: mix at 1:3. It serves as a pre-treatment for tile adhesion, self-leveling, plaster smoothing, and substrate pore sealing in both residential and commercial renovations.

Apply evenly using a brush or a short-nap roller, and allow to fully dry before the next construction step. Clean all tools with clean water before the product cures. Wear gloves and goggles during application to prevent skin and eye irritation. If splashed, rinse the eyes thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Keep out of reach of children. Packed in 20 L pails; when stored indoors in a cool, dry, and frost-free environment, the unopened shelf life is up to 24 months.
