LANGUAN 680 is a solvent-free, two-component epoxy primer with excellent penetration and sealing performance. It consolidates porous concrete substrates, blocks substrate moisture, and forms a strong bonding layer to support subsequent epoxy flooring or cement-based self-leveling installations. By doing so, it effectively helps prevent common floor defects such as delamination and blistering.
Customized for all LANGUAN complete flooring systems, including epoxy resin floors and cement-based self-leveling floors, it is widely used in industrial workshops, warehouses, parking areas, and commercial space renovation projects.
Applicable Base Surfaces: new concrete slabs, existing cement floors, and porous base layers. It serves as an essential sealing and priming treatment prior to intermediate repair mortar application and self-leveling construction.
It uses an A:B mixing ratio of 15:5. Reference pot life is 35 minutes at 23°C. Walkable time is typically 8–10 hours, with a minimum recoating interval of 24 hours. One full set covers approximately 40–80㎡.
Solvent-free eco-friendly formula provides strong penetration sealing and high adhesion. For mechanical anchoring under self-leveling systems, sand broadcasting is required.
Packaging: 15 kg component A + 5 kg component B. Reference shelf life for unopened material is 24 months when stored in a dry, shaded, frost-free environment at 5–30°C. Application is only suitable when surface relative humidity (RH) is ≤75% and ambient temperature is ≥10°C, with adequate ventilation during construction.
