Purpose: LANGUAN 670 is a water-based polymer primer designed for pre-treatment of non-/low-water-absorption substrates prior to pouring self-leveling cement. It penetrates deep to consolidate loose base layers and forms a textured adhesive film, helping to eliminate common construction defects and ensuring the performance of qualified self-leveling floor systems.
This primer is suitable for all indoor residential, commercial, and office floor renovation projects with smooth, hard substrates. Applicable base surfaces include: ceramic tile floors, terrazzo ground surfaces, metallic aggregate flooring, and old epoxy resin floors. It must be applied to the above smooth, non-absorbent base surfaces as a mandatory pre-treatment before pouring self-leveling cement.
It combines penetration reinforcement and surface sealing to enhance interlayer adhesion. It helps prevent air escape to avoid bubble formation, and it balances uneven substrate absorption to help prevent shrinkage cracks. It dries quickly—typically within 1–3 hours—when applied with a roller or brush. The eco-friendly, water-based formulation is non-toxic, odorless, and non-flammable. It has a solid content of ≥17%, reduces substrate water absorption by over 90%, and maintains stable bonding strength after water immersion and heat aging. Tools can be cleaned directly with water. It also supports indoor frost-proof storage, with a 6–12 month shelf life.
