YTIII supports two flexible construction solutions: traditional wet mixing for trowel-applied filling on interior tile walls and floors, and dry-spray watering and curing for large outdoor plaza PC pavers. Both methods form dense, waterproof joint layers that help block rainwater and underground moisture. This addresses freeze-thaw damage in outdoor pavements and water seepage issues in interior bathrooms.
An optimized low-shrink formulation helps prevent common dry-joint cracking. Built-in flexibility compensates for thermal movement between stone and substrate, making it suitable for outdoor environments with temperature variation. An anti-efflorescence ingredient helps restrict unsightly white salt bloom on light-colored marble and light grey pavers, helping maintain consistent decorative color year-round. High compressive and flexural strength provides resistance to heavy pedestrian wear for plazas and residential walkways.
Wet process workflow: mix with the required amount of water, allow to mature for 3–5 minutes (reference value), fully compact the joints with a rubber float, and wipe off excess using a damp sponge before initial set.
Dry process workflow: evenly spread the dry grout into the joints, sweep to level the surface, mist water slowly, and cure for 24–48 hours (reference value).
Avoid foot traffic on completed joints within 24 hours (reference value) after installation. A wide range of colors matches all stone and tile designs, creating a unified decorative appearance while providing durable waterproof sealing protection for the entire paving system.
