YTII delivers Grade T vertical anti-sag performance, addressing the key challenge of oversized stone sliding on vertical surfaces. Its S1/S2 flexible buffer layer offsets thermal deformation between the concrete substrate and dense stone, helping prevent cracking of the tile surface. Ultra-high initial bond strength secures heavy granite and ultra-thin natural stone slabs firmly, completely eliminating post-installation hollowness and detachment safety risks for premium decorative projects.
A purified low-alkali formula blocks alkali salt penetration into porous marble and travertine, preventing unsightly dark staining and discoloration that compromise the stone’s decorative appearance. Excellent water resistance and freeze-thaw resistance make it suitable for long-term wet environments such as bathrooms, balconies, and exterior facades, with stable bonding performance even under alternating hot & cold floor-heating cycles.
Use a strictly fixed mixing ratio, stir mechanically, and allow a 2–3 minute maturation period before application; all mixed mortar must be used within 2 hours. For slabs larger than 300 mm, apply double-buttering to ensure complete back coverage. Substrate requirements: flatness deviation ≤2 mm when measured with a 2 m straightedge, and concrete moisture ≤4%.
