LANGUAN-YT fast-set tile adhesive is a polymer-modified cement-based mortar made with premium cement, fine aggregates, and rapid-hardening additives. It cures quickly so grouting is possible 3–4 hours after tile installation, helping shorten construction cycles, and provides strong bonding with vertical anti-slip and water-resistant performance. Suitable for ceramic tiles, polished tiles, and large-format tiles in interior, exterior, wet bathroom applications, and underfloor heating projects.
YT’s rapid hardening formulation eliminates long waiting periods between tiling and grouting. Conventional tile adhesives require 24+ hours before joint filling, while YT typically needs only 3–4 hours—ideal for overnight shop renovations and urgent residential handover projects. It develops stable mechanical strength after fast hydration without compromising long-term bonding durability.
With slip deformation controlled to under 0.3 mm, YT securely holds large polished tiles on vertical walls without sagging. Its polymer matrix maintains over 1.0 MPa adhesion after water immersion and thermal cycling, providing resistance to bathroom steam, balcony rainwater and temperature fluctuations. Compatible with underfloor heating systems, it prevents delamination or cracking under alternating hot and cold conditions.
Standard installation flow: clean and prime a solid, flat substrate → mix the powder with clean water and allow it to stand for 5 minutes before use → comb to form a 3–10 mm mortar bed using a notched trowel → install the tiles within the 20-minute open time and reposition within 15 minutes → allow 3–4 hours for full initial hardening, then begin grouting. For tiles larger than 300 mm, use the double-buttering method to ensure complete back coverage.
