Z-TT improves all key performance indicators of cement self-leveling at once: enhanced fluidity for ultra-flat placement, significantly increased mechanical strength for heavy-duty traffic, stronger bonding to help prevent debonding and voids, and a low-shrinkage formulation to reduce the risk of post-construction cracking. It addresses multiple common floor issues with a single additive, making it suitable for industrial warehouses, workshops, and underfloor heating systems that require long service life.
This reinforcer is designed for two core applications: as a key raw material for dry-mix manufacturers to produce high-spec self-leveling powder, or added proportionally on construction sites to upgrade standard screeds into high-strength heavy-duty floors. A strict compatibility test is required before blending with any self-leveling products. For best results, use only with the LANGUAN series to help avoid flocculation and prevent premature or delayed setting failures.
Fixed mixing specification: 5.5 L reinforcer per bag of self-leveling powder; reference/typical: up to 1 L of extra clean water for additional flow. Mixing sequence is critical: pre-blend the dry powder first, add the reinforcer, then add the supplementary water; high-speed stir for 2–3 minutes until lump-free. Store away from direct sunlight and frost. If frozen, thaw naturally and test before use. Wear gloves and goggles during handling, and rinse eyes with plenty of water immediately if splashing occurs. Accurate dosing and pre-compatibility testing are mandatory to ensure stable, consistent floor quality.
