K30 high-strength gypsum self-leveling mortar is a dry-mix compound made from high-purity alpha hemihydrate gypsum, graded aggregates, and multi-functional polymer additives. Mixed with clean water, it flows freely under gravity for ultra-precise leveling and uses slight micro-expansion during hydration to eliminate hollowing and cracking. K30’s excellent self-flow performance delivers ultra-precise levelling with only ≤2 mm deviation over 3 metres. Its controlled micro-expansion and ultra-low 0.03% shrinkage rate help prevent hollowing, bubbling and cracking commonly seen with traditional cement screeds. With 25 MPa (28-day) compressive strength, it supports heavy furniture and frequent pedestrian traffic without deformation, creating a smooth, solid substrate for the installation of hardwood, LVT, SPC and ceramic tiles.
Specially optimised for underfloor heating construction, K30 balances stable heat conduction with structural rigidity. Its porous matrix provides enhanced thermal insulation and noise reduction for residential spaces. In addition, the gypsum’s humidity-regulating properties help create a more comfortable indoor climate. Fast strength development enables earlier access to construction sites, allowing underfloor heating pipe installation and floor finishing to proceed within days rather than weeks—ideal for large-scale residential renovation projects.
K30 is suitable for mechanical pump pouring for high-speed mass construction, significantly reducing labour hours on both commercial and residential job sites. Simple, standardised workflow: substrate cleaning + application of the dedicated primer for sealing, fixed-proportion mixing, self-spreading and bubble rolling. Light walking is possible after 6–8 hours, and the surface is fully ready for finishing after 3–7 days. Please note: K30 is intended for indoor dry areas only and is unsuitable for wet zones such as bathrooms or exterior floors.
