KG32’s fast-set technology reduces the traditional multi-day waiting period to just 4 hours. It achieves 30 MPa compressive strength and less than 5% moisture content within 4 hours, enabling the immediate installation of PVC, carpet and tile. Ideal for overnight retail store renovations, fast-track office fit-outs and urgent home refurbishments that require rapid handover—minimising downtime and reducing business interruption losses.

Even with rapid water evaporation, KG32’s balanced, low-shrink formulation helps prevent surface cracking and debonding issues typically associated with quick-set screeds. Excellent flowability provides a laser-level flat base for all premium floor finishes. High abrasion and impact resistance ensure long-term, stable load-bearing performance for heavy, daily pedestrian traffic in commercial environments.

KG32 requires precise site control: substrate moisture must be maintained below 3%, and a dedicated fast-set primer must be fully dried before placement. The mixing water ratio should remain within ±0.5% to ensure consistency. Due to short working life, the slurry must be pumped and spread within 10–15 minutes. For the first 4 hours, the construction area must be fully enclosed without cross-ventilation to prevent rapid surface-drying cracking. KG32 is suitable only for indoor dry areas; it must not be used in kitchens, bathrooms or ground floors in direct contact with soil.
