K12 is a high-strength, cement-based, fast-setting self-leveling compound designed for rapid floor leveling and concrete repair. It is formulated with premium Portland cement, rapid-setting calcium aluminate cement, re-dispersible polymer powder, graded quartz sand, and high-quality German additives.

K12 delivers industrial-grade strength that outperforms conventional concrete. With reference compressive strength of 40–45 MPa and reference abrasion resistance of ≤ 300 mm³, it withstands heavy forklift traffic and constant foot traffic without cracking or dusting. Its versatile formulation supports thicknesses from 3 mm to 30 mm in a single pour—from thin resurfacing to deep pothole repairs—so one product covers every application.

K12 gets your floors back in service fast. Walkable in just 2–3 hours and ready for light traffic the same day—compared with traditional concrete repairs that take days to cure.
