Fast Setting Indoor Repair Mortar | Quick Drying Non-Sag Wall Repair Compound for Surface Repairs
PP A45 is a rapid-setting, fast-drying anti-sag specialty repair mortar for interior patching and repair. It hardens in 1.5 hours at 20°C and is walkable and ready for the next trade the same day. Designed for strong, hard, and sag-resistant results, it works on walls, ceilings, stairs, ramps, and detailed repairs.
PP A45 is designed for speed. Initial set occurs in 10–15 minutes, full set in approximately 1 hour, and it becomes walkable in about 1.5 hours. This means you can repair in the morning and move on to the next job the same day—without waiting days for curing before continuing work. Its anti-sag formula holds firmly on walls, ceilings, and overhead repairs, with no slumping, no dripping, and no wasted material. With a consumption rate of 1.7 kg/mm/m², you achieve more repairs per bag. Faster set, less downtime, and more jobs completed per week.
PP A45 covers a wide range of repair applications—from feather-edge thin repairs to deep fills, for floors and ceilings. Apply it directly for repairs under 10 mm. For 10–30 mm layers, mix in coarse sand at a ratio of 1/3 (sand) by volume. For deep holes and cracks, blend with 10 mm aggregate using an equal-volume ratio. It is ideal for stair treads, ramp feathering, cove base details at wall-floor corners, and pre-resin floor patching. PP A45 works on both dry and damp substrates. Porous surfaces such as concrete and brick require no primer. One product replaces an entire shelf of specialized mortars.
PP A45 delivers professional-grade results with minimal effort. Its smooth, creamy consistency trowels easily and finishes to a smooth, uniform surface. Sponge-finish 15–20 minutes after application to achieve the final look. The high-strength formulation hardens quickly and continues gaining strength, creating durable repairs suitable for daily foot traffic and wear. Backed by German technology and ISO 9001 certified quality, PP A45 is a reliable rapid-repair mortar trusted by professional contractors for every interior patching task.
