This mixer is a special mixer for vitrified microbead insulation mortar and expanded perlite insulation mortar. During the mixing process, the damage rate of the vitrified microbeads is almost zero, which is the main equipment for producing thermal insulation mortar on the market. Insulation mortar mixer is matched with bucket elevator, frame structure, packaging machine, dust collector and control equipment to form a complete insulation mortar production line. The vitrified microbead mixer is mainly composed of a frame, a transmission device, a cylinder body, a ventilation device, a positioning device, a discharge device and the like. The cylinder is composed of two cones at both ends and a cylinder in the middle. The main shaft is a hollow structure, which is suitable for vacuum negative pressure feeding and reduces material damage.

When the transmission device drives the drive shaft to rotate, the cone-shaped cylinder body rotates accordingly, and the material in the cylinder body forms an up-and-down tumble motion. At the same time, due to the conical structure inside the cylinder body, the material is forced to move between the shafts during the up and down movement, and the stack is repeated. Thus, a uniform distribution of longitudinal and lateral directions is produced. The vitrification microbead mixer has a short mixing time and high uniformity. Generally, the mixing time of the inorganic vitrified microbead insulation mortar is less than two minutes.
