1. Dry mortar ribbon mixer:
This mixer is very suitable for mixing the material which is temperature sensitive. Due to the rotate speed, and the mixing uniform of it can meet 98% within 3 minutes.
Working pinciple of dry mortar ribbon mixer:
Firstly, the material is fed into mixer by feeding screw conveyor. In the mixer, there are multiple spiral ribbon inside, the first layer of ribbon pushes materials to the discharging port from charging port, the second and third layer of ribbon push materials to the charging port from discharging port, then cause convection, thereby forming a more exhaustive mixing.
Gear box type reducer , which more easily to repair if anything does wrong, with bigger motive power compare with cycloidal reducer.
Simple dry mortar ribbon mixer maybe widely applied as it may mix the solid and solid (powder and granule) materials, solid and liquid materials (powder and liquid), liquid and liquid materials. For mixing dry mortar, it mainly mix cement, Sand, fly ash, additives etc.
