Q2 lightweight thermal plaster is formulated with inorganic binders, closed-cell vitrified glass beads, thermal fillers, fiber reinforcement, and polymer additives. It offers ultra-light weight and low thermal conductivity, with Class A non-combustibility. Suitable for interior and exterior thermal plastering of new and renovated buildings, it combines insulation, fire resistance, and crack-resistant leveling in a single coat.
Q2’s closed vitrified bead matrix provides superior thermal insulation performance to help reduce building heating and cooling energy consumption. Its fully inorganic composition achieves Grade A fire resistance, eliminating flammable risks commonly associated with organic insulation boards. It serves as a one-step thermal render/plaster system for both interior and exterior walls, combining insulation and base levelling without the need for separate thermal board installation.
An optimized, low-shrinkage formulation, reinforced with fibres that counteract thermal expansion and contraction, helps prevent cracking on wall surfaces. Strong adhesion bonds tightly to concrete, brick, and AAC substrates, reducing hollowing defects that can compromise exterior decorative finishes. Suitable for long-term outdoor exposure on residential and commercial facades.
Streamlined installation process: clean and prime smooth substrates → mix with fixed proportions using mechanical agitation, allow to mature for 5 minutes before use → apply a single plaster coat of 10–20 mm thickness, layering to achieve greater thickness → allow curing with natural ventilation for 7 full days. Prepared mix should be used within 2 hours and must not be re-wetted. Factory pre-blended powder ensures consistent thermal, fire, and anti-crack performance for large-scale energy-saving facade projects.
