    Product Introduction

Q3 High-Strength Polymer Anti-Crack Mortar is a pre-blended dry compound of premium cement, well-graded fine sand, redispersible latex powder, water retention agent, and anti-crack fiber—simply mix with clean water. It is suitable for interior and exterior wall and ceiling plastering and adheres tightly to concrete, AAC blocks, and brick. Use it as a rigid, crack-resistant base coat for paint, stone coating, and tile adhesive layers, offering strong resistance to weathering, freeze-thaw conditio

Fiber-Reinforced, Crack-Free Base for Exterior Insulation Systems

Q3’s integrated fiber network helps control wall shrinkage and thermal deformation, addressing the common cracking issue in exterior thermal insulation surface layers. With ≥0.4 MPa stable bonding strength, it adheres firmly to aerated blocks and smooth concrete walls without void formation. P6 high-impermeability grade blocks effectively resist rainwater penetration, while delivering outstanding freeze-thaw resistance to protect façade decorative coatings throughout all seasons.

High Water Retention for All Interior Wall Substrates

With 99% ultra-high water retention, it ensures complete cement hydration even on highly absorbent AAC lightweight blocks, helping prevent the formation of weak, prematurely dried layers during plastering. The anti-sag, silky slurry is suitable for vertical walls and ceiling overhead construction without slipping. It also serves as a universal leveling base for latex paint, stone paint, and tile installation—one material covers both interior and exterior plastering requirements to simplify procurement.

    Standardized Layered Plastering & Long-Term Water-Curing Workflow

Standard construction steps: clean and roughen the substrate → pre-wet to a saturated surface dry (SSD) condition → mix powder and water at a fixed ratio, allow to mature for 2–3 minutes before use → apply layered plaster (single coat ≤10 mm; multiple coats for total thickness over 15 mm) → start water curing 4–6 hours after the final set, keep continuously wet for at least 7 days. Prepared slurry must be used within 1.5 hours and must not be re-watered. Factory-uniform pre-blending supports consistent strength, anti-crack performance, and waterproofing performance for residential, commercial, and industrial façade projects.
