K32 is a lightweight self-leveling screed made with high-closure vitrified glass beads and a high-performance cement base. Its stable honeycomb internal structure provides thermal insulation, impact sound absorption, ultra-light weight, and Class A fire resistance in a single pour. It combines floor leveling and energy-saving insulation, helping eliminate thermal bridges caused by segmented insulation boards for residential, commercial, industrial, and renovation projects.
K32’s vitrified glass-bead honeycomb matrix achieves an ultra-low density of 400–700 kg/m³, significantly reducing structural load for loft mezzanines and retrofits in existing buildings. With thermal conductivity as low as 0.09 W/(m·K), it forms a seamless, monolithic thermal barrier with no gaps between traditional, joined foam boards, effectively cutting heating energy loss for underfloor heating systems and roof-slope insulation layers. A single pouring operation performs both leveling and insulation to simplify construction workflows.
The porous internal structure absorbs walking impact noise with a reduction of 15–20 dB, meeting the acoustic requirements of cinemas, recording studios, apartments, and office buildings. It maintains high compressive strength of 8–15 MPa despite its lightweight design, and it resists daily pedestrian traffic without deformation. Its Class A, non-combustible, inorganic composition helps eliminate fire risk and supports safe use in schools, hospitals, and densely occupied commercial venues.
K32 supports full mechanical pumping with a daily construction output of over 1,000 square meters, greatly reducing labor input and construction cycle times. Standardized workflow: surface cleaning + dedicated primer sealing, fixed-proportion mechanical mixing, self-leveling pouring, followed by defoaming roller treatment. Light foot traffic is permitted after 24 hours, and full readiness for tile/wood flooring is achieved after 48 hours. The factory pre-blended glass-bead formula delivers consistent batch quality, reducing material waste, labor effort, and long-term maintenance costs for contractors and developers.
