GT-H80 is a high-tech precision grout made with high-strength cement, ultra-fine graded micro-expansion aggregate, and specialty additives. With a maximum aggregate size ≤ 1.18 mm, it provides self-leveling flow and strong penetration for filling tiny, millimeter-scale gaps, including micro cracks and small anchors. Designed with controlled micro-expansion without shrinkage, it supports precision machinery, small anchors, and precast sleeve structures where standard grouts may not be suitable.
GT-H80’s ultra-fine micro aggregate achieves superior penetration into tight gaps as small as 0.1 mm, making it ideal for precision CNC machines, optical testers, and measuring instruments that require zero voids beneath the base. With an initial flowability of 320–350 mm, the grout spreads evenly under gravity without vibration. Controlled 0.15% micro-expansion helps prevent shrinkage gaps, supporting long-term equipment leveling accuracy. With a 25 MPa one-day compressive strength, precision machinery can be commissioned quickly, without extended waiting periods.
This precision grout is suitable for pressure injection of 0.1–3 mm concrete cracks, small M12 anchor bolts, and prefabricated building steel sleeves. It provides strong, permanent adhesion to both concrete and steel, resisting structural movement without debonding. Excellent resistance to oil, water, and corrosion extends the service life of repaired structures, and makes it widely used in bridge post-tension duct grouting, reinforcement for thin-wall components, and industrial concrete defect restoration.
Simple standardized mixing at a 14%–16% water-to-powder ratio only requires accurate measuring and low-speed high-shear stirring. The homogeneous slurry shows no bleeding or segregation, and can be applied by gravity pouring for machine bases or by pressure grouting for cracks/ducts. Use all mixed material within 20–30 minutes, then carry out moisture curing for 7 days to achieve full mechanical strength. The factory pre-blended formulation ensures consistent batch quality, eliminating on-site proportion errors and reducing construction risk for precision engineering projects.
