GT-H60 is a factory pre-blended dry grout made from high-strength cement, premium quartz aggregate, non-shrink expansion agent, and polymer additives. Simply mix with clean water to produce a self-leveling, flowable slurry with early high strength, zero-shrink expansion, and vibration-free placement that fully fills all gaps for uniform load transfer. Suitable for machinery anchorage and structural repair as a replacement for cast-in-place concrete.
GT-H60 achieves a compressive strength of over 30 MPa within 24 hours, supporting rapid equipment installation and commissioning to help reduce project downtime. Controlled 0.15% 3-hour micro-expansion fully offsets curing shrinkage, leaving no gaps between the grout and the machine base to prevent uneven load transfer. With ultra-high flowability of 320–340 mm, it flows freely without vibration to fill even the smallest cavities, delivering fully dense, solid anchorage for compressors, turbines, and heavy steel column bolts, with long-term stable load-bearing performance.
GT-H60 is suitable for a wide range of heavy-duty construction applications, including structural beam and column enlargement, honeycomb concrete patching, post-tension bridge duct grouting, and rapid repair of highway/bridge expansion joints. It offers excellent freeze resistance, low permeability, and oil resistance for demanding outdoor and industrial factory environments, helping resist long-term erosion and structural deterioration. Single-component, ready-to-use powder requires only clean water for mixing, eliminating complicated raw-material preparation on site.
