GT-H90 is a high-performance dry-mix grout for precise installation of bridge and building bearings. Made with high-strength cement, graded rigid aggregate, and micro-expansion admixtures, it provides ultra-early strength, high elastic modulus, self-leveling flow, and bi-directional non-shrink expansion. It fully fills voids under bearing plates, evenly distributes dynamic and static loads, and helps maintain long-term installation accuracy for all types of bridge and seismic isolation bearings.
GT-H90 achieves more than 50 MPa compressive strength within 24 hours, reducing waiting time for demoulding and prestressing construction to accelerate bridge delivery. With ultimate strength of over 80 MPa and a high elastic modulus, it withstands heavy dynamic traffic loads with minimal deformation. Its ultra-high self-levelling fluidity of 320–350 mm flows naturally to eliminate entrapped air beneath bearing plates. Balanced vertical and horizontal micro-expansion removes shrinkage gaps to ensure complete load transfer between bearings and support pads, supporting accurate long-term alignment.
Designed exclusively for high-load-bearing installation, GT-H90 is suitable for highway and railway bridge pot bearings and spherical bearings, building seismic isolation supports, heavy industrial equipment bases, and large-span stadium steel bearings. It resists repeated traffic fatigue, freeze-thaw cycles, and grease corrosion without delamination, and forms a permanent integrated bond with concrete support pads. It is ideal for cast-in-place bridge construction and for positioning precast T-beam/box girder yard bearings.
Use a standard water-to-powder ratio of 13%–14%. Forced mechanical mixing produces a smooth slurry without lumps. Continuous one-side pouring only requires gentle formwork tapping for air release—no vibrator is required. All mixed material must be used within 30 minutes, followed by 7 full days of moisture insulation curing before structural loads are applied. Factory pre-blended, uniform formulation helps prevent on-site proportioning errors, delivering consistent flow, expansion, and strength for professional bridge contractors, with zero rework risk.
